Our Smart Propulsion System features an innovative Detachable Blade Propeller (DBP)concept, offering advantages that adapt to any design or hydrodynamic solution. With our metallurgical department, we can offer the standard alloy or patented alloy, giving the customer the freedom of choice while providing advice.
Our research and development team uses the latest technology and software, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to simulate various designs and scenarios. Incorporating AI gives us additional perspectives to investigate. Ultimately, we conduct destructive testing and mechanical tests that reflect real-world impact, ensuring peace of mind regarding durability and robustness.

EGM USA is the latest company incorporated to the Fundilusa group, a group with 35 years of experience since 1989 serving the most demanding propulsion companies of the world.
All the solutions by America EGM are proved by many years of experience in all marine industries, cruise vessels, navy, mega yachts, tugs, and so on.
Our team has an average of 20 years experience dedicated to the marine propellers fabrication and design.
The Fundilusa group has two fully equipped factories with a casting capacity of 2500 tons of finished products per year
